Information for graduands

DEGREE COMMISSIONS 9-12 JULY

PLEASE NOTE: The students who use multimedia files during their graduation exam in "Ugolini" and "Tucci" teaching centers should use the following formats:
- Slides, documents and the like: Office 2010 (or compatible), Acrobat Reader (pdf); - Audio files: mp3; - Audio / video: mp4 NTSC (720x480). Each student will directly upload his multimedia file from CD / DVD or USB storage. WARNING: Please remember that the deadline for delivery and for online submisson of graduation documents is IMPERATIVE .
No extension of the deadline will be granted, not even for the delivery of the signed hard copy of the thesis. If you fail to deliver your documents to the Student Office - or to submit them online - before the deadline it will be IMPOSSIBILE fo you TO GET YOUR GRADUATION approved in the current session.
Please note:
- DELIVERY means either HANDING DOCUMENTS OVER AT THE STUDENT OFFICE or THE ACTUAL ARRIVAL AT THE STUDENT OFFICE OF DOCUMENTS SENT BY PAPER MAIL (the delivery of documents to the post office within the deadline will not be enough).
- ONLINE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS means COMPLETING THE ONLINE PROCEDURE AND CONFIRM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR DOCUMENTS BY PRESSING THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON.

 

JUNY 9-12, 2020 GRADUATION EXAMS

 

For the Three-year undergraduate course in Language Mediation:

  • Deadline for online application: April 26, 2020
  • The deadline for delivering the Assignment of dissertation topic form is May 10, 2020
    PLEASE NOTE: it is imperative that the Student Office actually receive it before the deadline by e-mail to be sent to studiumanistici.segreteriastudenti@unimc.it.
  • Exams must be passed and the necessary CFU must be gained by May 26, 2020

For all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Department of Humanities
(except the Three-year undergraduate course in Language Mediation):

  • Deadline for online application: April 26, 2020
  • Deadline for delivering the final dissertation (UPLOAD THESIS): May 10, 2020
  • Exams must be passed and the necessary CFU must be gained by May 26, 2020

WARNING: If a student who has applied for graduation decides to postpone the final exam, he must immediately inform the appropriate Student Office and ask for the procedure for the graduation in a later session.

JULY 1-9, 2020 GRADUATION EXAMS

 

For the Three-year undergraduate course in Language Mediation:

  • Deadline for online application: May 7, 2020
  • The deadline for delivering the Assignment of dissertation topic form is Juny 1, 2020
    PLEASE NOTE: it is imperative that the Student Office actually receive it before the deadline by e-mail to be sent to studiumanistici.segreteriastudenti@unimc.it.
  • Exams must be passed and the necessary CFU must be gained by Juny 1, 2020
